DELIVERY & RETURNS
We work hard to despatch most orders within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 12 pm with be dispatched that same working day. We are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
NOTE: Due to current global circumstances, deliveries are likely to be delayed.
You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
1 - 2 working days for North Island deliveries
2 - 3 working days for South Island deliveries
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.
7-10 working days for Australian deliveries
Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery. Courier delays are out of Little Vessel's control.

Please note that orders delivered to Australia may be subjected to any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in Australia. The customer will be fully liable for this fee should there be one. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Due to hygienic reasons, our products are personal use items and are not refundable. However if you have received a faulty product please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for us to arrange for your product to either be replaced or repaired. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
